Any purchases made online at TiffanyChristine.com can be returned for a merchandise credit up to five (5) days from the date of purchase provided the tag is still attached to the item and it has not been worn (the item must be in the same condition as when purchased - New).
Please contact us to obtain a return authorization form. This form must accompany the returned merchandise. Once received we will send you a merchandise credit in the amount of the item including any tax paid by you. We do not refund shipping charges. To request a form, please send an email to Tiffany@TiffanyChristine.com.
If you purchased a piece of Tiffany Christine jewelry at a retail store, please contact that store directly for their return policy and process.
